To view patient and PDX image feature associations, select an Image Feature from the drop down. The rendered plots will display the distribution of values across the respective cohorts. When selecting a specific Patient and PDX model from the plots below, the pre and post treatment measurements will be displayed and categorized according to RECIST criteria for the selected patient and model. To view the dicom images in your browser, click on the “View Images” button at the bottom of this window after selecting a model and patient bar from the displayed waterfall plots.
